All those who registered for the AED 2009 Cancun ICED can access the final program and proceedings online free of charge. Any registrant who chooses to donate their registration refund to AED will be mailed hard copies of the program and proceedings. Non-registrants wishing to purchase the books may do so for $50 each, pending the fulfillment of registrants’ orders.
