How can I get the K-9 parts and/or Vertibird plans?
If you don’t know about these quests, you can get the one to retrieve the Vertibird plans at the BoS outpost in San Fran, and you can get the one to retrive the K-9 parts by talking to the doctor on the first floor of the Navarro military base. To do this quest, you will need access to Navarro. So, go there and head to the building that is directly to the left of the main gate. Once in the building, talk to the cook in the back. Ask him to chat, and then ask him what’s going on. After that, ask him about the maintenance. You will find out that Raul and Quincy do not get along. Now head north until you reach the repair bay. Once here, talk to the mechanic. Tell him that the doctor has sent you to pick up the dog parts. He should tell you that the parts are in the locker, and give you the ok to retrieve them.
