How can I increase the font size for a Quartus II Linux installation?

Solution To increase font size of the Quartus® II user interface (such as the Assignment Editor and Help) if there are font problems with your Linux installation, follow these steps: • Close the Quartus II software. • Delete the ~/mw directory • Delete the /tmp/mw_ directory • Re-start the Quartus II software and check the font size. If that fails, change the DisplaySize setting in the Monitor section of the XF86Config file. For example, if the setting is at 495 485, try setting it to something smaller like 400 300.
