There are millions of websites. Check out www.videojug.com and search for make-up. Most of those videos are made by professionals and take you step-by-step how to apply eyeshadow, foundation, etc. Your local library has makeup books, too, unless you live in the middle of nowhere. They’re free if you or someone you know has a library card.

i think covergirl and mostly every makeup site has some sort of teaching tool on their site. If you go to Sephora (if they have one where you live) they teach you how for free, which is better than learning from a site because you have a real person in front of you guiding you step by step.
