Simply put, you cannot lose that much weight in that little time. You would have to lose almost a pound per day! Losing a pound per day would mean creating a 3500 calorie deficit – which is practically impossible. A reasonable 2 month weight loss for someone your weight would probably be around 20-25lbs. If you motivate yourself, you won’t have any problems doing this. Don’t go at it with the attitude “I need to lose weight”.. instead say to yourself, “I’m going to lose this weight so people will see me differently and find me more attractive” (or whatever your essential reason is) I’m sure your doctor can counsel you on healthy eating and exercise habits.
