How can I lose weight 10 pounds in less then 5 months?
I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks before, and all I did was watch the portions that I ate and what I ate. I walked about 45 minutes everyday……….. not run, just walking. I did not eat after 8 pm. Drink lots of water. Usually after a meal, especially after dinner, is when I walk or find a chore to do around the house, so I use up those calories I just packed in. I think a lot of us know how to loose weight and maintain a healthy diet, but it takes will power. So one thing I did was write a note and stuck it on my mirror I used every morning that had some words of encouragement on it. It really helped. 10 pounds should be easy within 5 months for you.
