How can i lose weight without exercising or dieting?
No-one is really that fond of exercising. I’m not, but I do it. 1. Just don’t think of it as exercise. Even something simple as climbing the stairs a few times a day is exercising. Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day will definately help you to lose some weight. And if you’re not fond of ‘exercising’, do some things that don’t really seem like exercise. For example, take a walk. It won’t seem like exercise, just a little stroll around your local park or estate or whatever. Make a habit of it. If your mom is going to your local store or whatever (that’s quite nearby) to pick up some shopping, offer to go for her, and walk there? That’ll be your 30 minutes up already. And if 30 minutes seems too much, break it down into 3 10 minute exercises. That’s hardly any, when you think about it. 2. Don’t diet. Just eat the right things. Diets aren’t safe, because you never know the right one to go on. No-one knows a full-proof healthy diet that will help you to lose a certain amount of w
