It’s not possible to do it yourself. Orthodontists go through years of schooling just to be thoroughly trained in this field. If you or your parents do not have dental insurance, you can usually find a good orthodontist that is willing to do the work cheaper and give you reasonable payment plans. But, I am pleading with you…please do not try to do anything like this yourself. You will probably wind up damaging your mouth and teeth and have to go to the dentist anyway. Only after the damage is done, it will cost significantly more than just braces. So, save up and then get the braces.
