How can I make my hamburger patties taste really good?
Parmesan Hamburgers Ingredients: 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 pound lean ground beef 1/4 cup prepared spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 large egg, beaten 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning additional spaghetti sauce to top burgers 4 hamburger buns Preparation: Sauté the onions in the olive oil until tender and translucent. In a large bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients and the onions. Mix thoroughly like a meatloaf. Divide into four portions and form patties. Grill the burgers to almost done. Top with an additional splash of spaghetti sauce and parmesan on the top and finish. Serve on toasted buns.
