I would like to sample a song which is controlled by Kassner Associated Publishers Limited. How do I obtain permission to do so, and what is the correct procedure?
SESAC seems to gravitate to a lot of neo-soul/alternative driven writers; why is that?
Do publishers pay the same membership as artist and writers?
