How can I perform the National Anthem at a Baysox game?
The Baysox hold annual audtions for those interested in performing the national anthem at a Baysox home game. The tryout date for 2011 is Saturday, March 12, and is held rain or shine at Prince George’s Stadium. Gates to the ballpark open at 9 a.m. for registration and auditions begin at 9:30 am. Keep checking www.baysox.com for further details. Auditions are conducted on a first come, first audition basis. Tapes, cd’s, videos or private auditions are not accepted. All interested performers need to attend the audition day. The Baysox do not schedule audition times. All auditions are to be performed live without word/song sheets.
