How can I preserve my childrens infant glass milk bottles?

You could use these bottles as vases for flowers – live, dried or silk. You could use these bottles for the baby to save sea shells, pretty rocks, buttons, legos, beads, beach sand, etc in and place on a shelf. You could dry flowers (roses – hang them upside down to dry) and then put the petals in them and add scent — potpourri. You could layer colored sand, marbles, pebbles, or any keepsake that each individual child likes. When the children are older they could decorate them — etchings or glass paint They could change as the children change and grow. I would use them this way instead of having a company do some kind of preservation to them. This way whatever you placed in them has meaning too. Have fun and enjoy your children.
