If you want to export images for presentation purposes only, and not for further quantitative analysis, you can use the video export tool or the snapshot export tool in the imaging toolbar. If you want to perform quantitative analysis with different software, a raw export tool is available. The data is then exported in mhd format. This format consists of two files: A header file in ASCII format The uncompressed video file in raw format Raw data represents data that has been processed by the software. This data has a 14-bit depth precision. A look-up table is applied by ImageCell to enable 8-bit visualization.
