How can I REformat my PS2 Memory Card (Corrupted Data)?

You need to format the card, I use the “MCKiller” program to zero out the card and reformat. This might not work on your unit unless you have the ability to boot homebrew apps. The more crude way of blanking the card would be to unscrew the bottom of the memory card and put a tiny refrigerator magnet on the microchip for a second or two (important do not keep on chip for more then a second or two); this will blank the memory card but could damage the card (this method is not really recommended). The simplest answer to your question is you need to format the card to remedy the problem.
