How can I remove pasta sauce stains from t-shirt?

Unfortunately, once you dried the shirt (three times, at that), you set the stain in further and further. For fresh grape juice, spaghetti sauce or coffee, boiling hot water works wonders (but don't try hot water with blood). Fill up and heat a full tea kettle and slowly pour the whole thing over your shirt in the sink. You could try diluted bleach or color safe bleach, but I would chalk this one up to a learning experience and get stains out before drying in the future.  more
