A big dog. You can’t get rid of them. It’s difficult to get rid of feral and stray cats from going to a toilet that’s been there for them a long time. The most you can do is either set up litter boxes (a pain to clean when they aren’t even your cats), spray Lysol, Pine-Sol, bury moth balls or hot pepper around the entrances, or buy sheet metal and barricade all entrances that they are using (best way). If you really want to get rid of them humanely, then buy a cat-trap and lure them in, one each night, then take each one to a shelter. If you are impatient enough not to do it humanely, then I don’t need to explain what to do in that case.
