How can i save this young kiwi plant?

You can mend the stem with a drinking straw. Cut a piece about 2″ long and split it, open the split and wrap it around the stem. If it needs additional support you can tape a Popsicle stick to the vine. I would recommend shade or filtered sun for the first couple of weeks. Then begin slowly increasing the exposure over the next few weeks until the plant is once again health in appearance. After the stem has mended and the vine has been re-introduced to the sun you can plant it in your garden; it should be alright by then.
