How can i stop carbohydrate cravings?
Try to stop eating carbs. Don’t eat the six slices of toast before bread. That’s unhealthy too because eating before bed is not a good idea. Start eating more protein, fruits, and vegetables. Especially ones with vitamins or potassium like Oranges or banana’s. A good idea is to make a healthy smoothie with nonfat milk and fruits every morning. They taste good and they’re healthy for you. For lunch you can have a salad. Maybe put chicken on it. Just try to avoid carbs as much as you can and you will stop craving them, you will crave the stuff that’s good for you that you’re eating instead.
