Buy vanilla and eat it with some berries or cantalope or mango, and you have a healthy dessert. Also, try waiting for 15 minutes after dinner before having dessert. Keep portion sizes small, and you should be fine. Stay away from pie, pastry has an outrageous amount of fat.
