How can I stop the cravings for alcohol?
Good for you! You’ve already done the hard part — quitting. Time is the best healer of cravings. They may take a long time to go away completely but they’ll probably become less frequent and much less intense the longer you’ve been alcohol-free. I personally wouldn’t recommend AA. They put too much emphasis on feeling like a victim, which IMO is quite unhealthy. Even if you’re fighting the same battle every day, it’s ok because you’re WINNING that battle. That’s what counts. Good luck!
