How can I stop vertigo?

Hi, I get vertigo too. I used to take betahistine and found that it sometimes helped (you need a prescription) but sometimes it just didn’t seem to have any effect. Also, you could try buccastem if your vertigo is more severe (also on prescription). It also stops you from vomiting or having nausea because of the vertigo. Really the best thing is to just stay still. if you move around, you upset your inner ear even more. Activities like reading or anything else that makes your eyes focus on something close to you will make it worse (just like if you read on a bus or in a car) as you’re sending different signals to your brain – your inner ear is telling your brain you’re moving but your eyes are focusing on something that is staying completely still so they’re telling your brain that you’re staying still. This can make the vertigo worse and cause more motion sickness or nausea. I’m assuming you’ve seen your doctor about it?? There is a manoeuver that can be done to cure vertigo but only
