How can I store candidate related files such as audio signatures, statements of authenticity and CVs that are not part of unit evidence?
Candidate evidence can be created and a file attached, without links to any unit. The evidence can then be viewed as unlinked evidence. In SF Personal, unlinked evidence is list at the NVQ level of the candidate progress screen. You can also use the sorting and grouping functions on the evidence summary page to isolate unlinked evidence.In SF Central, verifiers can see unlinked evidence in the evidence summary. However, the list cannot be sorted or filtered to allow unlinked evidence to be isolated. You can force items to the top of the list by typing a space at the start of the evidence title. If the file relates to a specific unit, but is not evidence, include the unit number in the title.
