A. If you need to keep your truffles and assorted chocolates for a longer period of time, you may freeze them. Wrap the box tightly in foil or plastic wrap then place it in a sealed plastic bag. To thaw the chocolates keep them sealed in the plastic bag and allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying them. This will keep them from developing condensation on the surface of the chocolate.
