If you use the PIconCreate service at to process your Web image into a picon, then you can submit it to the databases with the service, too. Otherwise, you can use e-mail or FTP to submit your picons. Large sets of picons can be packaged and uploaded via FTP to ftp.cs.indiana.edu:/pub/faces/picons/incoming/ with prior arrangement with .
