To be honest, I really hate the simple Microsoft Outlook manager. Last years I am using only tools like www.outlooktransfer.com that allow to gather all received messages and e-mails and to import them from one place to another. Outlook Transfer is really good software that can help you, so you can just try.

If you don’t want NXPowerLite to optimize an attachment, click the ‘Optimize attachments’ button in Outlook. Optimization will be disabled for that mail message and any subsequent new email messages, until the button is pressed again to re-enable optimization. To switch off email integration completely, click the ‘NXPowerLite Settings’ button in Outlook, then click on the ‘Attachments’ tab in the ‘NXPowerLite Settings’ window.
