Just work your arms out (dumbbell curls, etc). You can considerably tone your arms within three and half months by consistently working out, but it is too short of time to add bulk. Keep in mind that women are physiologically different from men and don't put on bulk as readily as men do. ... more

Running tones your legs because its a mild-strain for an extended time. Things like yoga or other exercises that make you hold yourself on your arms for poses stretches, etc. will do the same for you arms. Also, running/walking with light weights in your hands could do well. ... more
