To update the infrared driver for Windows XP Service Pack 1: • Connect your device to a compatible PC using infrared (IrDA). • On your PC, open Control Panel and select Phone and Modem Options. • In Phone and Modem Options select the Modems tab. In the Modems tab, select Standard Modem over IR link, and click Properties. • In the Standard Modem over IR link Properties dialog box select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver. Hardware Update Wizard opens. • Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Click Next. • The next dialog asks you to choose your search and installation options. Select Don’t search.
