How can I upgrade the firmware on my Lumenera Network camera?
You will first need to download the latest firmware. Once the firmware is downloaded, please follow the steps below to upgrade your firmware. If you want to upgrade multiple cameras use our bulk upgrade tool. • Open up a web browser and connect to the camera. • Click on the Firmware tab located under the Administrator page. • Point the target window of the firmware tab to the downloaded firmware file. It should be a .tgz file. • Click Update Firmware and wait for the upgrade process to complete. The default settings for the camera’s imaging settings are often optimized between camera upgrades. To set the camera to the new optimized defaults after the upgrade, click on the Image Defaults button. Wait 3 seconds and then click Save Settings.
