There are two basic methods to interface with Voicent software: • Use Import and Export • Use Programming Interface Use Import And Export Method Import and export require minimum manual operations. To import appointments to Voicent AutoReminder, the import file must be a CSV text file (comma separated value) AND conform to AutoReminder Import File Format. If the exported file is a text file but of a different format, then a conversion program must be written to convert it to the Auto Reminder format. Once a conversion program is installed with AutoReminder, your appointment file can be imported directly to AutoReminder. Most EMR, billing, scheduling, and office management software have a way to export appointments to a text file. But the format usually requires conversion.
