Yes, pushups are a great exercise for your chest, triceps and even back muscles. You can do them at home without any weights. You can do variations of push-ups to workout your chest and triceps. Here’s a sample workout for chest and triceps: 1) Regular Push-ups 2) Chair Dips 3) Wide-Grip Push-ups 4) Diamond Push-ups 5) Decline Push-ups…place your feet on a chair to go decline 6) 1-arm side push-ups (lay on side…place bottom arm on floor and push up with your top arm to extend arm all the way and work triceps) 7) Dive Bomber Push-Ups Cycle through this workout 2x if you can and do 10 – 20 reps per exercise. For biceps, you can do reverse grip pull-ups if you don’t have any weights…that’ll work back and biceps, but you really need a set of dumbells or a barbell to do biceps…. Just go get a set of dumbells and do a regular bicep workout with them.
