Have you ever walked through a forest? I know this may be impossible depending on where you live. If you can go walk through a forest, you may want to do this to get some ideas. Write down what you hear, see, smell, feel, etc. Use your senses…. If you can’t go walk through a forest, then look online for pictures of forests, or even sound bites of forest life…. I love walking through the forest, but I also live in northern Michigan, so I’m surrounded by woods. It’s a peaceful place — it’s a natural place — and it helps you step outside of your own life, if only for a moment. Hope this helps…
