How can international students enroll in the UNC System-Wide Hard Waiver Plan?

0

Students eligible for the Hard Waiver Plan should complete the Hard Waiver Enrollment form online on the school’s page online at www.studentinsurance.com. The student will then be eligible for the insurance services before the school exports the final list of insured students to Pearce & Pearce, Inc. If you do not complete the Hard Waiver Enrollment you are still insured, but will not receive your insurance card, nor show as being active with the insurance company until the final list is exported from the school to Pearce & Pearce, Inc. If you are enrolling in the Voluntary Plan you should complete the Voluntary Enrollment form online on your school’s page at www.studentinsurance.com during the open enrollment period.
