Via video, you will observe your package. – in the skilled hands of our knowledgeable, experienced Kay Jewelers staff, and you’ll be able to watch us remove everything you packed. Your peace of mind is important to us, because you are entrusting us with your valuables. We will never leave your items unattended when they are not stored in our vaults. They remain in the same building throughout the entire process… until you are paid. Every item is weighed twice during processing.
