How can lawyers and paralegals be assured that they will obtain the required ethics, professionalism and practice management programming?
The Law Society of Upper Canada assumes primary responsibility for delivering the required ethics, professionalism and practice management content that those subject to the CPD requirement must meet, without charging for program registration. Providers other than the Law Society that wish to provide stand-alone programs or program content in ethics, professionalism and practice management integrated into other offerings must apply for and obtain program accreditation in advance from the Law Society of Upper Canada. See CPD Accreditation Process for more information.
