How can parents encourage other parents to get involved?
Parents can volunteer to host “house parties” called Parents’ Coffees. At these Coffees, parents can express concerns about underage and binge drinking and be educated by the Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Coordinator for Marin County. They will also have the opportunity to participate in local and regional activities aimed at reducing teen access to alcohol.
