Reiki and/or Energy Work can help you get through the emotional roller coaster that is often accompanied when a person starts their journey to healthier eating habits. Most people have developed poor eating habits because they have used food as a coping mechanism. I’m sure you’ve heard people say “I’m an emotional eater”. I eat when I’m happy I eat when I’m sad I eat when I’m stressed I eat when I’m bored I eat when I’m angry I eat when I’m scared I eat when I don’t know what else to do! The list goes on and on doesn’t it? It’s sad but true. Just writing this article brings up emotions for me.
