There is no good answer to this question. A recent report by three of the highest ranking Labor Department officials in the Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations documented dozens of changes in the new overtime rules that will take away overtime rights from workers earning as little as $23,660. The Bush administration simply ignores these changes.
