How can the Hotel be assured that bona fide Travel Agents will fill the complimentary rooms?
TDA require all Travel Agents to complete a registration form including their IATA/TIDS details. TDA will conduct an audit of all membership registrations to ensure the bona fide credentials of the Travel Agent. Travel Agents must produce ID upon check-in at the Hotel. The Hotel may charge full room rates in the absence of appropriate ID.
