A. DSC Stroke: 4 – IV Thrombolytic Therapy Administered is no longer a two-part measure consisting of a primary and secondary rate. The revised measure focuses on administration of thrombolytic therapy. All patients must be considered / assessed for therapy in order to meet the measure specifications for DSC Stroke Measure 4.
