According to International Norms (ASHRAE) and NBC ( National Building Code), we have to provide minimum17CFM(cubic feet /minute) of fresh Air per person working in an office environment inside a Building.Fresh air brings a substantial amount of Tonnage due the ambient conditions.Especially in our country which has tropical climate theres a lot of tonnage due to the moisture ( called as Latent Load).Usually to counter the load due to Fresh air, the occupants are devoid of adequate amount of fresh air that affects their health and productivity.
