How can you delete a folder without permisions?

There are several ways. If it is an installed program then go to the control panel and programs and features, then find it in the list and remove it there. If it won’t un-install because you have already deleted part of it, re-install it then un-install it. Another way is to activate the hidden Administrator account which even though you may be an administrator, the hidden Administrator account has more rights than you. To do this, go to Programs > Accessories and right click on Command Prompt. Select Run As Administrator and then when the command prompt box opens type the following: net user administrator /active:yes close the box and restart the computer. When you get back to the login screen you will see another user called Administrator. Log in to this (there should be no password) and now try deleting the directory. If it still won’t delete. It may ba because it was installed using another user. In that case you need to first take ownership of the directory then assign permissions
