Remove driver side kick panel, find purple wire with yellow stripe. Wire should lead into black connection box. partially remove wire covering to expose section of wire. Do not splice wire in half. Take a piece of similar gauge wire, (I used speaker wire), and connect one end to exposed wire, and ground other end of wire to a metal part of jeep with screw. This will ground out the whole alarm system.
