Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple – even if it isn’t easy! First you will need to work out – often ab specific exercises aren’t necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs. Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat. How long this will take depends on where you start from, and how much work you put in!
