a good primer sealer is also just as affective and probably less expencive than kilz ,,personally what i’ve done is a good latex flat thick in body roll it on covers real good one brand in which i’m talking about is benjamin moores paint used to be called “vol -pro”real thick in body covers well this product will sometimes cover ram gyproc on one coat expecially if it’s an of white color.
