Uninstall all of your nero 9 using Nero General Clean Tool. You can download it here: http://www.nero.com/eng/tools-utilities…. After you cleaned your pc of all of nero, reinstall nero9 trial version again and this time, when you’re prompted to enter a serial number during the installation, replace the trial serial with your new serial.
