it isn’t that they aren’t allowed to enter into interracial marriages, they are simply not supposed to marry outside of some royal line. If Prince William wanted to marry a princess out of some tribe in Africa, or a Dutchess out of India or some other country that is governed by a King or Queen it would then be allowed. they just have to be royal blood not common.
