To obtain maximum results with the Point Grey camera, you will need to downgrade the 1394 system files to SP1 version from Windows XP. The easiest way to perform this is to download the most current software package from Point Grey’s website, http://www.ptgrey.com. During the setup process, the software will ask the user to downgrade the 1394 system files to SP1 version. Go ahead and perform the downgrade, restart the computer system and run the application again.
