How come one person can be nominated several times for the same award?
Every show is scored separately, and if the work that one person does for several shows scores better than the work done by others in other shows, he/she will be nominated several times. After all, we are not only acknowledging the work of the nominee but the production which hired him/her as well. This year one person was nominated five times for the work he did with five different shows in the same award category. This simply means that his work in these five shows impressed the judges more than the work of others in all of last years shows. It also means that he might be the best in the industry.
