How come the stone color of the products look different from the ones I purchased previously?
A-In the process of producing stones, the temperature, time length, and pressure of the Crystallization may cause slight color differentiation. Normally, in the process of dying Stones, color is controlled manually by human, therefore, human error may occur, as standard thickness allows 0.6% margin of error, cutting and fine grinding could have effect on the depth of color as well. Colors such as Champaign, Ruby and Amethyst are the most common among this situation. Genuine nature stones have a similar color issue, and sometimes even more extreme as they come from nature.
