How current is the information I obtain from MPO Online?
The account balances and information that you see online are the same balances and information that we see here at the credit union. When viewing your accounts, in particular those members who are viewing their share/draft balances, keep in mind any outstanding checks or check card transactions that may not have cleared your account. Any purchases that have been paid for with your check card are deducted from your account balance immediately but may not be posted to your account for several days. While MPO Online is a useful tool, keeping a check register, logging your ATM or check card purchases, and balancing your account regularly is the only sure way to keep an accurate account balance. If you are using MPO Online Bill Payment Service please note that payment transactions entered after 2:00 pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.
